1st required tools for the manual disassembly----one screw driver and one wrench.
2nd open maintenance door by hand.
3rd take out heat exchanger core, the frame of heat exchanger is ABS plastic, it can be recycled use.
4th use screw driver open electrical box.
5th take out control board for recycling.
6th use screw driver open unit top board and take out fan motors for recycling .
